1. What StockClip is

StockClip makes short vertical videos with voice from a source you save: your company’s own release or website, or a regulatory filing. Each video is a draft for people on your team to review before anything goes out.

2. Who may use it

StockClip is for business use by adults. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, and you confirm this when you sign up. StockClip is not a product for children.

3. Not investment advice

Everything StockClip produces is for information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Figures are taken from the source automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything you rely on against the original source, which every video names.

4. AI drafts and AI voices

Videos are drafted with AI and narrated by AI voices, not by a person. You are responsible for reviewing each video for accuracy and for what it says before you share it. Public watch pages and embeds say that the video was drafted with AI, uses an AI voice, and is not investment advice.

5. Sources and what you may share

Publishing an internal-only video is a breach of these terms and may infringe the rights of the original publisher. Never submit confidential or material nonpublic information, unreleased results, credentials or personal data.

6. Material you supply

When you paste text or upload a file, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and you are responsible for what the resulting video says. We do not verify where supplied material came from. You keep ownership of what you supply; we use it to make the videos you ask for. See the Privacy notice.

7. Your account

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and in workspaces you own. The Free plan allows a set number of videos a month; paid plans allow the monthly amount shown on the Pricing page. We may change allowances with notice.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use StockClip to produce content that is misleading about a security, that impersonates a person or organisation, or that presents generated material as though someone else published it. Do not try to get around quotas or source rules, resell access, or automate the service beyond your allowance.

9. Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings › Plan and quota or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Account menu. This deletes your company, brand, sources and videos, stops every share link and embed, and cancels any paid plan at once. Invoices and payment records stay with Stripe as tax law requires. It cannot be undone.

11. Availability

StockClip is an early product and is provided as is, without warranty. Sources may be unavailable or unreadable, and we do not guarantee that a given source will produce a video.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StockClip is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its output, including trading losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Third-party software and design

StockClip is built on open-source software and open-licensed design work. Everything third-party that ships as part of the product, and the licence it is used under, is listed on the Licences page.
